Are same-day or next-day appointments guaranteed?
No. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available, but they are not guaranteed. Scheduling depends on provider availability, clinical appropriateness, insurance verification, and completion of the intake process.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in-network with both HMO and PPO plans from Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, and Health Net. If your insurance isn't listed, we also support other private insurers and bill them directly, so you won't have any out-of-network paperwork.
Do I need to live near an office?
No. Our telehealth services are available statewide. You must be physically located in California at the time of your appointment, but you do not need to live near one of our practice locations.
What happens at the first appointment?
Your first visit is a thorough, unhurried psychiatric evaluation. Your provider will listen to your concerns, review your history, and work with you on a personalized treatment plan — which may include careful medication management, therapy, or both.
